Interested in learning how to quilt, but don’t know where to start?
Join our intro to quilting class, where we’ll cover the basics of creating your own quilt with a standard sewing machine. You will create your own baby-quilt with step by step instructions and tips from our instructors.
This six-week course is intended for absolute beginners who have used a sewing machine before, but are new to quilting.
Bring your own machine, or get one of our machine and class bundles!
Materials for the quilt itself will be purchased at Meissner during the first class.
When and Where:
Sacramento, on Feb. 4th, 11th, 18th, 25, March 4th and 11th.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is 6 weeks, and each session will cover a different portion of quilting. You must be able to attend all 6 sessions in order to complete your quilt.
Materials:
your own sewing machine and foot control
rotary cutter
pins or clips
